About Tim Besaw
Tim is the Owner of Besaw Properties, Ltd. Tim founded Besaw & Associates Realty, Ltd. in 2002 after having been affiliated as an owner/associate with other firms.
Tim brings over 30+ years of experience in the arena of real estate, and over 10+ years specifically focused on development and commercial real estate. Tim has risen among the ranks as a leading commercial agent in the area. He has experience selling, leasing and acquiring all types of commercial real estate and is involved in all aspects of the development process including zoning, acquisition, planning, site identification and approvals.
Tim’s expertise has earned him the current designation of Committee Chair for the Commercial Counsel of NE Wisconsin and he currently sits on the Board of the Professional Standards Committee of RANW (Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin).
Tim formally was a Board Member of My Brother’s Keeper a local non-profit organization with a mission to provide Straight Talk and Sound Direction to individuals who lack necessary life-coping skills.
Tim has extensive brokerage experience for clients, closing more than $300 million in commercial transactions. Tim has negotiated transactions with both local and national clients, ensuring the client’s interests are top priority.
